10 Brand New Ways To Improve Your Psoriasis...

Before you read any of the information below, I just want to make one thing clear. I AM NOT A DOCTOR. However, I am someone who has lived with psoriasis for than 30 years-through its ups, downs and many, many embarrassing moments.

With the 2 facts above known, the list below contains information on things I have discovered through many years of research, trial and error and of course, experimentation with my own body that can improve your psoriasis. Please understand however, just because they worked for me does not mean they will work for you. However, you will not know until you try, right? So here's to...at the very least, a better feeling YOU.

NOTE: Because I am not a doctor, I specifically do not go into detail to why any of the information below works to improve your psoriasis.

SPECIAL NOTES: When trying the things talked about in my 10 article series entitled...10 Brand New Ways To Improve Your Psoriasis, be sure of 2 things.

1.) Be sure you only try a few things at a time.

2.) Be sure you take baby steps. By baby steps I mean take it easy. I so understand how bad you want to improve your psoriasis, but do not go wild. Start out slow. As amazing as the human body is, your body will only be able to handle a few of the changes at once.

1.) Carbohydrates

Try consuming less carbohydrates. With regard to carbohydrates, I am referring to both, simple carbohydrates and complex carbohydrates.

Simple carbohydrates = soda, candy, juice, etc.

Complex carbohydrates = pastas, breads, cereals, etc.

2.) Sweets specifically

This falls along the same lines as carbohydrates talked about above. Being that sweets are a carbohydrate-some simple and some complex, try cutting back on your sweets intake.

NOTE: If you tend to eat a lot of sweets, be sure you start to lower your consumption of sweets slowly.

3.) Raw foods

Now don't worry. I'm not going to tell you to eat all your foods raw. However, try eating as many of your foods in their natural state-raw as possible.

4.) Packaged foods

Aside from the fact consuming less packaged food will most likely improve your psoriasis, decreasing the amount of packaged foods in your diet will have so many other beneficial results as well.

5.) Salt

Aside from the fact having less salt in your diet may improve your psoriasis, decreasing the amount of salt in your diet will have so many other beneficial results as well.

6.) Fruits

Do not let your fruits over ripen. Eat your fruits as fresh as possible.

NOTE: Notice I didn't say add more fruit to your diet. And for those of you consuming lots and lots of fruit, trying backing off some of your fruit intake for a little while.

7.) Alcohol

This is pretty straightforward. It has been proven over and over again, drinks containing alcohol are bad for the body-let alone for psoriasis. So, do not drink alcoholic beverages.

NOTE: If you tend to consume large amounts of alcoholic beverages, be sure you take slow, baby steps when giving them up.

8.) Eating before bed

Aside from the fact eating before bed can put weight on you, eating before bed affects your psoriasis. Try not to eat 2-3 hours before retiring to bed.

9.) H20

It has been said, many people do not drink enough water. I know I don't. Keep your body hydrated. Drink as much h20 as you possibly can.

10.) Fermented products

Try your best to stay off fermented products or products that contain fermented products.

Fermented products = ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, steak sauce, barbecue sauce, worchester sauce, soy sauce, etc.

NOTE: This will not be easy, after all, fermented products are everywhere.
